Family With Faith Church, Incorporated (FWFC) was founded August 28, 2019 in Winter Garden, Florida by Apostle Jeffrey Redd Sr. and Senior Pastor Yolanda Redd. Apostle and Senior Pastor left Chesapeake, Virginia in obedience to God to make a difference in the Central Florida area. At that time, seven families left Virginia to fulfill the divine mandate placed on them by God.

Their vision was to create a church where families of all backgrounds could come together to worship and grow in their faith. With this goal in mind, they gathered with like-minded individuals holding worship services in homes, local schools, and hotels.

Today, (FWFC) has grown into a thriving community of believers who are changing Central Florida for the Kingdom of God. And we are ready to preach, teach, and encourage this generation to make a commitment to Christ.

Executive Pastor, aka “E.P.”

Born in Chicago, Illinois, Jeffrey L. Redd Jr., MA, was inspired and

influenced for leadership by GOD’s providence. Throughout his youth and

career, Mr. Redd has received awards for his leadership attributes and

exceptional managerial skills. As the Executive Pastor at Family With

Faith Church, Mr. Redd manages the operational and administrative

aspects within the organization. He leads strategic planning and all functional activities to

ensure alignment with and accomplishment of the church’s mission and vision. Mr. Redd believes

that GOD works all things together for the good, and consistently encourages people to keep

hope alive.

Also, as a scholar and lifelong learner, Mr. Redd has been blessed with the gift of teaching. Mr.

Redd is currently a Campus Manager at a College in Central Florida. Likewise, he is a Political

Science Professor at the college, and formerly a Criminal Justice/ Homeland Security Faculty

member at a University in Virginia. Moreover, noticing the teacher shortage crisis in Florida,

Mr. Redd decided to give back to the community by filling a Social Studies Instructor position at

a Title One public school.

More importantly, Mr. Redd honorably served in the United States Coast Guard for six years.

Additionally, he holds a Master of Arts in Government, and a Certificate of Graduate Studies in

Terrorism and Homeland Defense from Regent University’s Robertson School of Government, a

Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Homeland Security from ECPI

University. Currently, he is a doctoral student at Regent University’s School of Business and

Leadership pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership. Lastly, Mr. Redd has been married for

over fourteen years and is the father of three children.
